    Hi Carlene, did you ever get a diagnosis of Myasthenia Gravis? Just today I think I have found this to be the cause of our Jakeā€™s gulping episodes for the past 5 years. The youtube videos gave me chills because they are exactly what he does, and I have had countless Vets not know exactly how to treat etc. Feel like I am having a hallelujah moment!!
