    ā€¦ and has been vomiting for five days, is lethargic and miserable. I phoned our 24-hour vet last Sunday and was told to expect SOME vomiting and lots of diarrhea but I canā€™t check on the latter because Iā€™m bedridden. Should I take him to the Vet because of the vomiting going on so long? He is eating less and drinking more. Poor guy. Heā€™s a 50-pound 10-year-old Beagle.
