Did you know that Ice melts are not required to list ingredients, not even those labeled as pet safe? Pet Store brands are no safe haven as those products are either made from rock salt, and others are make propylene glycol and urea. The best recommendation for now is to only buy products that list ingredients and then research accordingly. The real learning here is to not just assume that a product is safe for use around pets just because a pet store sells it. Use care with all these.
