Hello. I am on a fixed income and was wondering if anyone could recommend a relatively cheap dry dog food that is also of good quality. She is a 13 year old mixed breed and I am concerned about continuing the Purina Light and Healthy. Thank you.
InkedMarieMemberDoes your dog need to lose weight? If yes, I generally recommend Wellness Core reduced fat and Annamaet Lean. Unfortunately, almost any good food is going to look expensive compared to Purina. If money is an issue, I’d look for Victor or Dr Tim’s. You may have to order online.
Dog_ObsessedMemberIf you shop at Walmart, Pure Balance is a a 4 star rated, budget-friendly dry food. Remember to transition slowly to whatever you pick.
