I have an 11 year old pug who has lost most of her teeth and has trouble eating dry food. She has an extremely long tongue that hangs out all the time and has trouble eating some wet foods. I’m in search of a great quality grain free wet food that is pretty chunky so she pick it up and eat it easily. I’ve sampled a few wet foods but haven’t had any luck.
Any suggestions?
Thank you!!Richard BMemberCheck out freshpet.com. They offer grain free products in soft, like little meatball nuggets, without all the slop and gravy of other wet foods. Also, highly rated and great products. Rated here as well. Their products are sold in the refrigerated section of most all super markets, walmart, etc. easy to find, and it’s all my fussy maltipoos will eat.

DogFoodieMemberThat’s a great suggestion, Richard!
InkedMarieMemberGrandma Lucys is a freeze dried that you add water to and it’s chunky.
pugmomsandyParticipantWellness Stews have big chunks as does Merrick Cowboy Cookout. Also FreshPet has rolled dog foods that you can slice into large chunks.
