Are Mushrooms Good for Dogs?

Are Mushrooms Good for Dogs?

Are Mushrooms Toxic for Dogs?

While most mushrooms are harmless, dog parents should be aware that certain mushrooms can be deadly to dogs. Some examples of poisonous mushrooms include the death cap, death angel, false parasol, funeral bell, false morel, and fly agaric. 

Symptoms of mushroom poisoning in dogs include: 

• Vomiting 
• Diarrhea 
• Excess salivation 
• Disorientation 
• Uncoordinated walking 
• Increased heart rate
