Julia is the content director at the Dog Food Advisor and responsible for the overall strategy of the website.
A former newspaper journalist with more than 20 years’ experience in the regional press, Julia has also had work published in national media including Forbes and the Huffington Post. She transferred her skills into the world of content marketing 10 years ago and specializes in writing for people as well as a Google algorithm. Julia believes storytelling is as relevant today as it has ever been, it’s just the way the stories are consumed that’s changed!
She is married to David and has a grown up son, Samuel and until December 2023 was the proud pet parent of a beautiful Black Labrador Martha whose memory continues to shape and inspire her work.
